I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, struggling with intimacy concerns, or navigating significant life transitions. Together, we'll explore the underlying beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you disconnected from yourself or others.

Individual therapy can be especially helpful if you're experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, intimacy concerns, life transitions, low self-worth, or a sense that you're repeating the same patterns without understanding why. Many clients come in wanting to better understand themselves in the context of their relationships and how they connect, communicate, and experience closeness with others.
