Session Rates

Private Pay
Choosing private pay means you handle your session fee directly at the time of service. This approach allows for maximum confidentiality, complete control over your care, and flexibility in scheduling or session length without the constraints of insurance requirements.

Superbill
A superbill is a detailed, professional invoice that includes all the information your insurance company may need if you choose to request reimbursement.

Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend confirming eligibility with your provider in advance. This option gives you the benefits of privacy and discretion while still keeping the door open for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but to respect my time and other clients’ needs, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged a $150 fee.
