Client Rights

In accordance with Texas law, therapy clients are entitled to access their health care records and to raise concerns or complaints regarding the services provided.

Access to Records
Clients may request access to their therapy records by submitting a written request, either electronically or in writing. All requests will be processed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA. Certain information may be withheld or provided in summary form as permitted by law. Reasonable fees may apply for the preparation and duplication of records.
